Mika Stefano: When did you get into planning events?
Lord Petertinashe Paradza: I've been doing events for a couple of years now. In 2007 I focused on private invite only events but in 2008 Urban Royalty took off on large open events for JHB
Mika Stefano: What was your first event?
Lord Petertinashe Paradza: My first event was the Gang of Gangsters Party in 2007, it was an Exclusive Party Held A Private Apartment It Was A Birthday Celebration,Urban Royalty, however,was officially launched in February 2008 at The Blue Magic Party At M&A Sandton
Mika Stefano: Have you ever had a flop of an event? If yes, please share?
Lord Petertinashe Paradza: Yea, I think everyone in the game has had their share of disapointments and Im no exception. Sometime last year I got into a partnership with a popular radio personality to do an event,no names mentioned ,but he totally screwed the entire arrangement and I've got to say that was quite a disappointing event for me; needless to say I got mine back...
Mika Stefano: Your last event at St Tropez was crazy! Why do you think it was so successful?
Lord Petertinashe Paradza: I think it was a combination of factors, firstly As Urban Royalty we have an extremely great following and a BIG THANK YOU to all Urban Royalty people...You own the night. Secondly a large amount of work was dedicated to making the event a success and in addition the venue St Tropez is one of JHB's finest venues and was fitting for the event. The line up was also crazy Milkshake, Dimplez,Fixx and JHB's newest talent Dj Tipsy + add Ntha-Tc(BlackMoney) as performer and JHB's most glamorous people to the picture and the result was one of the craziest swagga-filled parties I have ever seen.

Mika Stefano: What party promoters do you look up to?
Lord Petertinashe Paradza: Firstly I've got to say a Huge Big Up to every promoter on the scene keep up the Hustle. On the Hiphop scene I have nuff respect for Glen of Glen21 and also Dj Dimples of Pop Bottles. On the broader scale I've also got mad respect for G&G productions and Lady Lea(Divas on Decks)
Mika Stefano: What is your favorite party song?
Lord Petertinashe Paradza: Currently It's gotta be Swing Ya Rag by T.I.
Mika Stefano: What is your favorite party drink?
Lord Petertinashe Paradza: It's gotta be Patron but a Hennesey XO comes in a close second, if can't get that then throw me a Heineken
Mika Stefano: When you are not partying? What do you do?
Lord Petertinashe Paradza: Besides planning parties I spend time with my wifey, we travel a lot.
What do you think of the whole Swag Movement?
Lord Petertinashe Paradza: I am a 100% supporter of Swag, there's is nothing worse than rocking up at party and guys aint got their Swag right, I mea we gotta keep it fresh.
